For Women Minerals + Collagen tablets from Doppelherz contain a combination of minerals, trace elements and selected vitamins. An adequate supply of these nutrients is important for women in every phase of life in order to stay healthy and productive.
It is therefore important to ensure an adequate supply, especially during adolescence, in women of child-bearing age, when planning for pregnancy and breastfeeding, during menopause and in old age. Doppelherz aktiv For Women Minerals + Collagen is not indicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Slow release function means that the nutrients are gradually released over several hours and are thus available to the body over a sustained period.

Adults and children 14 years and older: Take 1 tablet orally daily. Take with or without food and with enough liquid. The tablets can be divided in half. Do not chew the tablets.
